Love God - Love People

It seems like a trite little saying. I've been guilty of disparaging the yard signs and church signs that say it. But I was wrong! It's so true and it is the powerful foundation of the fruit borne in our lives by the Spirit who is God! Galatians 5:22 tells us that the "fruit of the Spirit is love..." Are we listening? Loving as Jesus loves is supernatural and we can't do it on our own. Trying to love like Him is futile and frustrating, because we will always fail. But if we humbly submit to the Spirit's desire He will work love in us and through us. There is A Consuming Fire Coming - Are You on the True Foundation of Jesus?

Hebrews tells us that our God is a Consuming Fire. He will burn up everything that is made or done by man in the flesh, along with the very earth we live upon. But we will live through the fire, even if our works are burned, if we are built upon the Sure Foundation of Jesus Christ. 1st Corinthians Chapter Tree tells us that there is no other foundation, other than Jesus. It's not the Law, or you might use the term Torah. It's not man's religion of Judaism or traditional Christianity. Jesus came to deliver us from all of that! Join me and be encouraged to give up your throne and allow Him to rule on His, within us!

Saddle Up! Don't Stay Dead!

We were born dead! We didn't even realize it, but God knew, and He sent His Son to give us a brand new life in Him. He adopted us into the Royal Family in Jesus, and shared the same inheritance that He gave Jesus to us! Why are you still walking around dead? Why are you still living in fear, guilt, shame, alienating those who love you, and slowly, and then more quickly killing yourself? You don't have to. He is knocking on your door, to give you the free gift of everlasting life, beginning now. Will you open up and let Him in?

Adding the Law Nullifies the Gospel

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is glorious and stands alone and above the Law of Moses, the Ten Commandments, The Sanhedrin and all that comes with Judaism or any of men's religions, past present or future. There is no room in the Gospel for any additions, including the Law. The inclusion of the Law nullifies the Gospel! The letter to the Galatians is God using Paul to draw a line in the sand. 

He Has Given Us All Things! 2nd Peter One

Everything we need for this life, for living practically, and for godly living, is already been given to us in Jesus Christ! A life of virtue, knowledge, perseverance, godliness, kindness, love, kindness, self-control which are all fruit borne in us by the indwelling Spirit who is God! We have been set free to live like those attributes, supernaturally! Join me and listen to Peter's very important reminder to you and me!

God Loves Us - We Should Fear Nothing!

1st John tells us that "perfect Love casts out fear," and he writes that "he who fears is not made perfect in love. Knowing that "we love Him because He first loved us," shows us the One True God who sent His only son to live in this world of heartache and loss and hopelessness,  and to die for our sin, defeating death hell and grave will not let anyone or anything stand in the way of His love toward us! What are you facing today? God already knows. Take it to Him and walk in peace and freedom, resting in His love and goodness!

Do Not Lose Heart!

What are you facing today? What has you discouraged? Take heart! God's plan will not be thwarted by man or religion! God's Word, the Living Word of God, will not, did not, nor will ever return void, but will accomplish what He sent it/Him for! Bless Jesus! Why Do You Do What You Do

Matthew Chapter Six is a challenge to us as to where our heart is, and what is treasure to us, and where does it come from. Often ministries, businesses, and individuals do their "good deeds" and broadcast their "benevolent" action for the world to see. They love the accolades and attaboys, and all the likes and shares of their actions. Others are drawn to them because they see them as desirable to be around or to be a part of what they're doing, and to bask in the adulation man is giving them. But is that what God desires of us? God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Matthew Chapter Six tells us to do our deeds in a way that our own left hand doesn't know what our right hand is doing. We should fast, while being in appearance as if we are not. We are to play in secret, knowing that our Papa will reward us openly. Sadly, prayers have become a production just like giving, and fasting is for men to see rather than God. Where is our heart?

The World is a Mess, but We are Being Saved Out of the World!

Join me in Habakkuk Chapter Three and be encouraged by the prophet's bringing of the Word of God, who is the Living Word, the Spirit who now lives within us, giving us new life! He is the Almighty God who loves and fights for His people. And we know that He has already won the victory so that we may walk in victory and in the freedom He has purchased for us.

The life we have in Christ, if we all submit as one to the Spirit, and to one another is mind-blowing! The unity of Spirit is happening whether you're in it or not! You're missing it, if you choose to remain in man's religion and sectarian denominationalism. Lets function in the gifts God has given us, and trust Him to equip us for every good work, as He works in us and through us! Hollywood can't make up a blockbuster movie that even comes close to what God is doing!
